I started on the casualties. The one on the left is lying on his side, half rolled on his back. I twisted his arm out to lay flat and will attach an open hand. I also cut off and replied his left leg on to twist it more to the side he is rolled on. The one on the right is face down. I chiseled out around the back of his ankle and wrenched it back to give a more pointed toe look. I also cut off his leg, shaved it down, glued it back on rotating it out to make him lie flatter.
