Hello, 
my name is Owen and I am crafting a small Escalation/Slow Grow league for my friends and I who are all starting Chaos Space Marines armies of each flavor. Yes, we have 4 people and we're each dedicating our force to a different Chaos god. Surprisingly, nobody wanted to do Nurgle so that's what I'm doing. I created this to add some flavor and try to attract some extra people. Any races are welcome to come and join and will work in great, we just all happened to be themed for the start! Please feel free to read this and give me ANY feedback at all.

Okay. I was going to go to bed, but I decided to stay and read this right away anyways.

I actually LOVE this idea. Especially the custom characters part. I've run into the "don't be a dick" types, but still-- this is fun! Remember when the Imperial Guard characters could take a "Trademark Item?" I always really liked that idea- for a few points more you could have a cigar- baton- flag- watch- what-have-you dangling from his hand and it would give him a leadership bonus (or something like that).

I'm actually buying at least one HD Camera and want to launch a vlog and podcast covering not only the progression but specific episodes covering people's armies. I've been recording music for 13 years now and definitely have the equipment and know-how on that end. Just need to do it...

I had actually commented on your website about this a long time ago, but your sound quality for the podcast has always been pretty good but if you ever have questions message me. If you guys compressed the entire episode it would help a lot because the volume level between your two voices varies a lot which can make it difficult to listen to in noisy environments. If you wanted to talk about it more shoot me a message!

You know, it does. I mean the sound.

I'm Mark, by the way, the usually quiet one. We run the episode through a compression, and it seems to sometimes work. Eventually we are going to get to a stage where I will be editing the episodes more regularly and I might play with it a bit more.

I'd love to hear more about the HD Camera and vlog/podcast. I have an old video camera, but it still takes pretty good quality shots. Been tossing the idea of filming narrative gaming. Something less about watching dice roll and more about making the players describing what is happening on the table, thematically. But all of that will have to wait for my basement remodel.

I'm looking into purchasing new lights and finishing the ceiling. I'm an artist and not a computer guru, so much of this escapes my understanding. I often have to be shown how before I do anything!
